intenta los siguiente

1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and then click OK.
2. At the command prompt, type proxycfg -p proxyservername : port ,
and then press ENTER.
3. At the command prompt, type exit , and then press ENTER.

If you do not know the name of the proxy server that you are using, import
the settings for the current user from the Internet Explorer proxy settings.
To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and
then click OK.
2. At the command prompt, type proxycfg -u , and then press ENTER.
3. At the command prompt, type exit , and then press ENTER.
