No hay ningun motivo para que no funcione. excepto que veo una cosa rara:

Está dañado el stack IP, (lo de deshabilitar y habilitar nunca crea una conexion nueva). Puede que te lo haya dañadp cualquier software espia (spyware) que tienen la insana costumbre de cambiar o modificar la winsocket.

ya resetee el stack ip,,pero no dio resultado,,,volvi a quitar la tarjeta de
red y me configuro como Lan 4,,,
alguna sugerencia
