Pues a ver si cercamos el motivo:

XP Pro Español (MSDN pero no creo que sea relevante) con todas (menos el
catalan) las actualizaciones y Adobe 6.0.0 en español.

A ver, Panel de control, Configuracion regional, pestaña de "languages" (no se como estará traducido)m detalles elimina el "handwriting configuration". Mejor dicho.. deja solo el keyboard...
