Word opens and closes very slowly

Lo siento, creo que me equivoqué de idioma.

Tengo problemas con WORD Hogar y Estudiante, y mientras buscaba soluciones
he encontrado varias propuestas.
Cada vez que trato de abrir un documento WORD demora cerca de 15 a 20
segundos. También demora cerca de 13 segundos para cerrar un documento
abierto y algo similar cuando trato de maximizar un documento que tengo en la
bandeja de tareas. No pasa lo mismo con los otros programas que uso como
Excell que también es de Office. El internet Explorer pareciera estar más
lemnto pero no estoy seguro. En este Foro averigue que podría ser por una de
varias causas: 1) El disco duro estaba fragmentado y estaba produciendo un
bajo rendimiento. 2) Un virus u otro bicho se me había metido en el sistema,
3) La protección residente del Antivirus estaba reduciendo la velocidad del
WORD.
1) Tengo 200 GB de espacio disponible en mi disco duro y el análisis de
fragmentación indicó pocos fragmentos. Igual desfragmenté.
2) El Avast no encontró ningún Virus. Search & Destroy encontró 4 Malware
(bichos espías de Internet Explorer) y los eliminé.
3) Desconecté la protección residente de Avast y me quedé sin protección.
Después de hacer cada una de estas cosas el problema seguía igual.
Estoy tentado a desinstalar y reinstalar el WORD, pero temo que el problema
siga igual. ¿Alguién sabe algo a que se debe este problema y si tiene
solución?

After all cases the problem continues.
Has anyone any knowledge of something similar happening to anyone?
