can anyone tell me where I can download the file run32dll.exe for win 95 just about every time I try to use a system command it says cannot find the file C:/weindows95run32dll.exe help please.

problems with serial ports

i have to connect my satellite receiver via COM port, with a null modem cable. but it doesn't work on XP! it just cant detect a device connected. I've heard that I have to download a dll and put it somewhere and it will work. what and where? thanx.
