Isa 2004 puerto 80 en vez de 8080

Por defecto los clientes salen por el serverisa puerto 8080, cuando cambio esto al 80, mis clientes no pueden navegar sale error de DNS, miro los log en linea y me dice que me esta tomando la last rule...porque no puedo salir por la 80..? saludos
