Se ha cambiado el nombre de la carpeta de Archivos recientes

Hola a todos, estando trabajando me e percatado que la carpeta de Archivos recientes ahora se llama "Recent". Este nombre se ve en las ventanas de Examinar. ¿Como la restauro a su nombre anterior? Gracias.
