Windows XP SP2 and HP Tablet Issue

I have a T1000 Tablet PC that when upgraded to the latest SP2 it will
boot to a point just before giving me the login prompt, it blue
screens and reboots. It will continuously do this. I the blue screen
goes by so fast that I cannot se what is causing it. Is there a way to
stop the blue screen or to log it to see what id going on?
