Actually, I encountered relatively few problems. Media Player 8 happily
installed itself into the Program Files directory, which meant that it
didn't run under my WindowsMe installation. The other problem was an odd one
with an OLE DB file, oledb32a.dll. This generated repeated error messages
while running Windows Me. Installing an update for Microsoft's Universal
Data Access software from the Microsoft Developer Web site can fix the
problem.

The other two solutions are to simply do a refresh install of Windows 9x
from within Windows 98/Me by running SETUP while in Windows. Another tack is
to copy the oledb32.dll file to oledb32a.dll in C:\Program Files\Common
Files\SYSTEM\ole db\. This is probably the easiest solution-it fixes the
problem in Windows 98/Me.

Hola a todo el mundo!!
A ver si alguien me puede ayudar... parece ser que por
error he borrado el archivo oledb32a.dll del sistema
operativo, y no lo encuentro por ningun lugar. Este
archivito es ahora el causante de que algunos programas,
en concreto el Easy CD Creator se me cuelgue y con el todo
el ordenador. ¿Hay alguna forma de volver a poder tenerlo
en mi equipo sin necesidad de reinstalar todo ni de perder
nada de los datos que tengo?
