ERROR EN WINDOWS2000

por el tipo de error pudiera ser algun software instalado que estuviera dadon el fallo como podria ser un soft de quemador de cds, otra opcion podria ser que tengas instalado el SP 1 nadamas por loq ue deberias entrar en modo a prueba de fallos y trataar de instalar el SP4

Cuando está iniciando windows 2000 professional me
aparece el error:

ADRESS 8041F868 BASE AT 80400000
DATE STAMP 3ee6c002 NTOSKRNL.EXE

y me obliga a reiniciar el ordenador.
