Imagelist con Treeview

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Deseo utilizar un imagelist con un treeview, pero al momento de agregar un
nodo al treeview indica que debo inicializar primero el imagelist, el cual
ya tiene predefinidas las imagentes.

Al crear el formulario, inserta en primer lugar el imagelist antes del
treeview para asegurarte de que en el momento del init del treeeview ya se
ha instanciado el imagelist.
