Para cargar una ayuda en el Fox estoy teniendo percances e ese tema.

Cuál es el problema que tienes? No lo detallas.

Si es un problema de instalción (que no ves la ayuda), asegúrate de
instalar todos los archivos FOXHHELP*.* y de registrar los DLLs.
