los mensajes, he tenido que entrar por la web, decirte que lo que me indicas
ya lo he hecho antriormrnte y no me ha dado resultados, ¿sabes por que no se
ven los mensajes desde el outlook express?

No sé, la verdad. ¿Has mirado que no te hayas bloqueado a ti mismo? Con respecto al WU, localiza en tu disco duro el archivo "windowsupdate.log", ábrelo, y copia y pega aquí las líneas correspondientes a la fecha del error.
