back up problem

A question fer those that use Windows XP Home and backup their stuff.

Ok, I wanted ta copy me Dajimo anis ta CD. I spent a week gettin'em all in
one
place, sortin' through'em all, gettin' rid of duplicates ect.

I copied them ta CD. Since I had never done this before, I wanted ta see
if
it
worked right.

I made a new folder. When the wizard asked me fer a name, I named it
"DAJIMO
ANIS". I copied the anis from CD ta the folder.

Well, all the file names changed ! Wot used ta be "Daj_1ForCarri",
"Daj_2Lickin", "Daj_3WayLez", "Daj_4thDiddle"...ect.. are NOW renamed ta
"DAJIMO ANIS01", "DAJIMO ANIS02", "DAJIMO ANIS03", "DAJIMO ANIS04".. ect.
Right
through ta "DAJIMO ANIS1472". :(

Wot did I do wrong ? Iz there some settin' somewhere that I need ta change
?

wanna keep the original file names!
