boucla del systema sobre un proceso de conexion

alghuien me puede ayudar?

Que significa eso k se abre en mi ordenador cada vez ke
lo enciendo y ke me utiliza la casi totalidad de mi
processor, eso si parar y en boucla? como lo puedo
