¿que mas cosas tienes instaladas?..

A ver, ejecuta el programa MSCONFIG
Y desactiva todo lo que se carga al inicio, incluidos antivirus, firewalls, etc

Revisa lo que tarda en el siguiente reinicio... ¿a que funciona todo rapido?...

Y ahora con el mismo MSCONFIG vete activando hasta que pilles al, o a los, culpables.


Y por favor... escribe con minusculas. Escribir GRITANDO es una falta de respeto.

es porque tienes demasiadas cosas en el inicio de windows, osea muchos
programas, ejecuta msconfig y lurgo inicio y ahi veras todo lo que se carga.
