verifique con el boton derecho sobre el programa,
propiedades, que el autor sea Microsoft

si es así, pertenece a unas extensiones del HTTP que se
instalan con ciertos productos como por ejemplo el siple
frontpage

Alguien sabe que es este proceso?
estube buscando informacion, pero no me quedo muy claro

Claro, presisamente hoy estube trabajando con Dreamweaver y access..
pero me parecio raro, ya que no recuerdo haberlo visto anteriormente
