Directory Binding Error

Saludos, mi nombre es Juan Antonio Matos, tengo un problema, al preparar
mi
Domain (DC) para instalar Exchange, utilize la utilidad DCdiag.exe para
diagnosticar el Domain Controller, y me alojo las siguientes salidas a la
pantalla:

Otra cosa cuando instale AD, el Sysvol y NTDS no los puse en el directorio
Windows, sino que los puse cada uno en dos particiones separada, otra
cosa,
el nombre que le puse al dominio ej. pedro.com, es el mismo que tiene mi
dominio en internet, un webhosting. No me da problemas esto???
