¿Qué driver instalar?

Respecto a la tarjeta de red, en esa web dice que la tarjeta, en sí, no
necesita drivers para funcionar, que lo que lo necesita el el chip MAC, que
normalmente está integrado en el chipset, y me envía al fabricante de la
placa para conseguir los drivers. No se si lo habré entendido bien, me
permito copiarte el texto en inglés, por si acaso:
The Ethernet hardware consists of two parts: a PHY chip, and a MAC chip.
It's the MAC chip that requires the drivers. RTL8201x is a PHY only chip
which does NOT need any driver at all. If you have RTL8201x in your computer
system, there must be another MAC chip in the system too. Most likely, the
MAC chip is embedded in the chipset. Please contact the board or computer
provider to find out which MAC chip is in your system and how to get the
drivers for it.

reconozca.

Instala windows y luego lo que te falta... y solo lo que te falte... localizado (pero independiente cada uno) en el fabricante de tu placa madre. Lo que no debes es instalar algun programa "generico" del fabricante que te sustituya todos los drivers que use windows...
