Error 8004E00F

en el visor de sucesos da algun error???

Cuando Abro Component Services (Administrative Tools),
luego hago click en Component Services, se despliega
Computers, y luego My Computer con un símbolo rojo, más
abajo COM+, y al hacer click se aparece el error:
"Error code 8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the
Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator"

No he podido resolver el problema. Por allí en Internet
hay una indicación de renombrar Msdtc.log con old y crear
uno vacío, pero esto no resulta.

¿Cómo resuelvo este problema?

Si, esta es la Descripción:
The account that the MS DTC service is running under is
invalid. This can happen if the service account
information has been changed using the Services snap-in in
Microsoft Management Console (MMC). MS DTC service will
continue to start. Please make sure that the MS DTC
service account information is updated using the Component
Services Explorer.
