Error la cargar la biblioteca del tipo DLL

Si hombre, prueba esas indicaciones, busca primero si dispones o no de los
archivos que te nombra en caso negativo, pues los extraes del CD de XP...

No se me habia ocurrido ver si estaban, pero he mirado y desgraciadamente si
que están.

Podrían estar dañados ?

prueba a extraerlos por si fueran la version actual fuera distinta a los
originales proporcionados por el SO,
