Error despues de transferir a Win2008

Hola

Tengo el antiguo controlador de dominio en windows 2003 R2 X64 el cual
tiene
todos los roles y el segundo controlador Windows 2008 X64, el controlador
principar el Win 2003 aparece el siguiente error
