Abre una ventana de comandos (cmd.exe) y ejecuta:

net use lpt1: \\maquina_que_tiene_la_imresoraombre_compartido

Y ya está.

Si quieres que conserve dicha asignacion, al final de ese comando ponle:

/persistent:YES
