Intenta actualizar el Windows Installer ya que se queja de que tienes la versión 3.0 y requiere de la 3.1: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...x?FamilyID9482fc-5f56-4a38-b838-de776fd4138c&DisplayLang=en
