problema al iniciar

IDE Channel 1 no 80 conductor cable installed

Debes cambiar el calbeado de tu maquina (el del canal 1. Mira los dispositivos que cuelgan en tu mensaje).
Debes usar cable de 80 hilos -no de 40 como el que estas usando, o bien el actual, es de 80 y se ha dañado-): la manera de conectarlo es el conector azul a la placa madre, al otro extremo el dispositivo master y en el centro, el esclavo.

Es importantisimo esto hazlo cuanto antes.
