Problemas con un Controlador de dominio

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola,

Tengo un Active Directory con tres controladores de dominio, un principal y
otros dos apuntando hacia ese. Ayer trate reinicie uno de ellos, al realizar
la preparacion de conexiones de red se quedo mucho tiempo, despues no subio
el DNS, tampoco el Active Directory, al rato sin hacerle nada el DNS
funciono y todo volvio a la normalidad, pero si sigo reiniciando ellos hacen
lo mismo, al rato despues de reuniciar pueden de nuevo volver a funcionar.

Que podria estar pasando, me da la impresion que es el DNS. Cuando un
Controlador de Dominio se esta levantando que servicio levanta primero, el
DNS? o el Active Directory? cual depende de cual?

OK, están todos en el mismo Site, por lo que se supone que están enla misma
subred o en subredes diferentes pero que tienen comunicación directa entre
sí, y por tanto cada DC debe poder replicar con cualquier otro.

Empieza de momento a deshabilitar el firewall de los DCs, y haz en cada uno
un ipconfig /registerdns y reinicia el servicio de netlogon;luego fuerza una
réplica entre ellos y pasa un dcdiag y netdiag para ver los resultados.
