Problemas a la hora de crear un ASR

Buenas tardes,

Ante todo gracias por anticipado.

Tengo un servidor con Windows 2003 Standard R2 cuando intento crear un ASR
una vez que elijo la opción en el menú de backup me da el siguiente error
y
no me lo crea:

Necesito crear un ASR no se que debo hacer?
