de repente tienes asociada esa carpeta a algún programa. Este al no
encontrarla, la vuelve a crear. Mira el Media Player, cambia de carpeta
y trata de borrarla.

Por cierto, varias aplicaciones de Windows usan esa carpeta por lo que
cada cierto tiempo te puede volver a aparecer.

To prevent Windows XP (and later) from re-creating the My sub-folders of My Documents:

1. Abir la línea de comandos: CMD.EXE

2. Escribe regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll

3. Press OK when you receive the DllUnregisterServer in mydocs.dll succeeded dialog.

4. Borrar the My ... sub-capertas que no quieras.

NOTE: If you need the My Documents functions that un-registering this library disables, type regsvr32 mydocs.dll in a CMD.EXE Window.
