Your subject line is incorrect. If you actually read the article you'll
realize that 1 in 10 WindowsXP computers have at least one piece 3rd party
software that have some problem with SP2, not the whole computer. Nor does
the article have any reference to the notion that SP2 can't be installed
successfully on some WindowXP computers.
