Normalmente ocn esos mensajes al salir la pantalla azul, te indica en algun lador el direver .SYS que es el responsable del cuelgue,,,,,, dinos si te indica dicho .SYS.

Indica que un driver o proceso a intentado acceder a una zona de memoria sin
autorización, suele ser causado cuando ese driver o aplicacion es
incompatible con XP o no está correctamente instalado...
Busca la ubicacion del archivo al que hacer referencia y mediante
Propiedades\Version, determina a quien pertenece y procede a eliminar e
instalar una version posterior y compatible con XP.
