VIRUS? CHANGES MY MAC ADDRESS.....

i have this weird thing in which my mac address changes everytime i
boot up...i observed it becoz my software wont work because the hostid
is changed so i have to re-edit it and change.this is accompanid by my
very slow pc scrolling though im having a p4 3.0 unit.i also have this
pop site from ad.yieldmanager.com,ad.firstadsolution.com etc
i almost installed all spyware/adware programs includiung
spybot,adaware,adaware se,cleaner,xsoft...and still my problem is
recurring..
please help
