USB mouse? USB keyboard? Do the USB ports work properly? Any error on Event
Viewer?

And... could you ask in Spanish, please?

sorry , i can't speak spanish. i use ps2 mouse and key bord, usb works
property. there is nothing in the event viewer.

Can you try to use other PS/2 mouse and/or keyboard? Do they work?
And if you plug your mouse and keyboard on another PC, do they work?
