Windows Activation Information

I reciently bought a Desktop computer with Windows Xp Professional already
installed and i wanted to know how can i see the information on which it was
install. So if i want to install the windows xp again i can right the correct
Name, Address, etc, otherwise windows validation will tell me it's a
counterfeit. Is there any way to reinstall windows xp just using the serial
it brings in the package?

The registry in Microsoft does not have anything to do with the activation of the product. In reinstallation of Windows XP the serial key writes single and it will activate automatically.
