Problemas Instalando La Memoria no se puede read.

Tengo Windows 2003 y no me deja instalar el SQL Server _INS5576._MP Error de aplicacion. La instruccion 0x42b980fd hace referencia a la memoria 0x000000000. La memoria no se puede read. What shoul I do?
