FTP.exe in DOS - "connection closed by remote host" - working

Error con archivo de panel de control

Cada vez que abro el panel de control me sale el sgte error: an error occurred while windows was working with the control panel file c:windows/system32/netsetup.cpl Alguien sabe como puedo solucionarlo? gracias.
