My IE 32 bits is not working with Windows Vista 64 bits although the IE 64
bits is working but without flash player capability which disables my PC to
watch videos in you tube, yahoo, etc. Could someone help with this one.

Have you tried to "Reset" the Internet Explorer 7 32-bits settings?
Go to "Tools", "Internet Options" and enter to the tab Advanced.
From there, press the RESET button on the bottom.

This will restore IE7 to it's default configuration values. If you have
any thirdparty toolbar installed, upgrade it from it's own web site.
After that, you can go to the function called "Manage add-ons" and
activate whatever you might need.
Close and restart your PC.
