We are told of different ways to prevent HTA intrusion.

01. Use IE feature "disable Run Active X Controls"
02. Block mshta.exe with your Firewall program.
03. Go into regedit (Windows) and delete or rename application/hta key

"Number 03 will prevent HTAs from executing."

Question: If number 03 is executed, will it be:
01. Ok to enable Run Active X Controls in IE?,
02. Unblock mshta.exe in your Firewall program?

Disabling "Run Active X Controls" really does a job an many URLs.
