no puedo apagar la computadora

mi hermana abrio el AD-AWARE y le dio a scan now y borro todo los documentos que encontro. ahro no se quiere apagar la pc. de la unica manera que se apaga es dandole a swith users y desde la pantalla azul darle a turn off the coputer.
